On 28 April a team of Krylov’s representatives took part in the visiting session chaired by Deputy Minister of RF Ministry of Industry & Trade Andrei Dutov. The meeting was held at Izhora industrial site of OMZ Group (United Heavy Machinery Plants) where participants of the session first took an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the production of oil refinery reactors in one of the workshops of Izhorskiye Zavody plant, they were also shown some samples of fittings & valves for oil & gas sector industries presented by ZAO NPF TSKBA (fittings &valves design bureau).

Then panel meetings of the Research and Development Council on Oil & Gas Equipment of the RF Industry & Trade Ministry were held focusing on
— Technologies and equipment for offshore projects;
— Technologies and equipment for geologic exploration.

The goals and purposes of the session attended by the major oil & gas companies as well as OEMs of equipment for hydrocarbons prospecting and development have been outlined in the keynote address by Andrei Dutov, Deputy Minister of RF Ministry of Industry & Trade. During the session the Krylov State Research Centre presented a report titled «Prospective R&D of Krylov Centre for Continental Shelf " (FTP Development of Civil Marine Technologies) prepared by Director General Vladimir Nikitin and Deputy Director General Oleg Timofeev.
